I have never met Kate Green in person, but I can tell you that she is very approachable, open and professional. I had reached a critical stage in my artwork and studies whereby I needed to connect at a deeper level with my creative core. I struggled to express my full individuality - my own raw vision. Feeling somewhat daunted and not truly knowing how to reach this level, I entrusted Kate to facilitate this goal. Dialogues with Kate about my work in progress are through regularly scheduled telephone contacts followed by insightful/practical written comments. These conversations are not clinical in nature; rather there is a careful and lively exchange of significant nuances important to my creative processes. She listens with intent. Kate speaks directly to the significant part of the issue at that moment. I feel she understands my whole person whilst knowing very little about my personal life. One of Kate's many gifts is discernment. This along with her caring nature invites true expression of art. She identifies the specific areas of strength to build upon in daily practice as well as the emotional/intellectual work required for success. Kate suggests avenues for further research that provide new perspectives and joyous discoveries. Consequently, I have entered into meaningful artistic territory at an amazing pace. I have made continual re-connections with my inner workings that now manifest themselves visually. I am very grateful for the exposure to new terrain and the deeper sense of fulfillment.
