KATE GREEN – RECENT WORK: JUNE 2010 - EXHIBITION.

Newly arrived south, having been living in the north of England, I am delighted to be able to welcome you to an exciting exhibition of my new and recent artworks, on display at Fulbrook House in Great Eversden. This is the most inspiring venue imaginable and really enables the viewer to enjoy my work in peaceful and thought provoking surroundings.

I look forward to welcoming you at the Private View, on June 19th, between 12 and 3pm.

My work is an exciting mixture of paint and stitch, reflecting my love of storytelling, colour & emotion, toys and Art Brut. I studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths, London in the 1980’s, alongside Hirst and others. I am one of the few who have remained a figurative storyteller and I would urge you to come and enjoy an exciting show, full of vibrant and authentic art!
